Partnership Working Committees
In January 2024, the SLO Healthcare Workforce Partnership formed three working Committees to support the implementation of three of the four Strategic Priorities identified in the Strategic Action Plan.
Each Committee meets monthly and is authorized to modify and update the Strategic Action Plan to reflect their implementation efforts. There is a Team Leader or two Co-Leaders for each Committee who have volunteered to coordinate the work of the team and report their results at the monthly meetings of the Partnership Members.
Additionally, there is a fourth Strategic Priority: Sustainable Partnership Operations. This priority area will be addressed at the monthly meetings of the full Partnership membership.
